At Marvellous Movers, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to make our cancellation terms clear.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule your booking by contacting us directly.

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required.

• 48 hours or more before your booking: Your £70 deposit can be refunded if you cancel, or your booking can be rescheduled.

• Less than 48 hours before your booking: The £70 deposit is non-refundable.

• If you have paid the full amount in advance and cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, the £70 deposit will be retained, and any remaining refundable amount will be returned where applicable.

The 48-hour period is calculated from the scheduled start time of your booking.

If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
